Pre-Sales Solutions Architect
Qualifications:
- BS Computer Science graduate
- With 2 or more years experience in a similar or subordinate jobs
- With 1-2 years experience in Sales
- Knowledgeable in IT sales, product negotiation
- Mobius product knowledge/background
- Knowledgeable in JAVA, Programming, SQL
- Excellent in planning and coordinating as well as presentation      skills
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Requires travelling every now and then to clients (local)
- Willing to work in Makati

Duties & Responsibilities:
- For pre-sales, build the solution architecture to meet customer requirements for complex projects
- For simple projects, review and advise technical support specialist on their solutions architecture
- Ensure that the implemented solutions in his assigned accounts continuously meet the service level agreement
- Identify opportunities for future business
- Update self on new industry trends and new product features of assigned products and conduct presentation to technical team, sales team and marketing team
- Train technical support team on new product functions
- Manage the installation, configuration, customization of the solutions being implemented for complex systems
- Perform product or solutions demonstrations to prospects
- For post sales, conduct users & administrators’ training for complex software
- Provide project management role for simple to medium implementation projects
- Provide second level technical support to customer’s support team
- Perform research and development on new hardware, software and applications


Account Executive
Qualifications:
- BS Marketing/ Management graduate
- With 1-2 years experience in Sales
- Excellent in IT sales, Product Knowledge and Negotiation
- Has skills in analytical and strategic thinking as well as problem solving
- A team player
- Tolerant in stress
- Customer-oriented and with good Planning skills
- Excellent in both oral and written communication, good in presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Requires travelling every now and then to clients (local)
- Willing to work in Makati

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Set annual plans for the accounts assigned to him/her with set performance standards &/or key performance indicators (KPIs)
-Identify new prospects and business opportunities
-Provide sales strategies to close the account
-Prepare and evaluate performance versus targets using the Monthly Pipeline Review
-Gather and document information on client’s profile before and after the visit
-Oversee preparation of documents required for bidding with government entities and eligibility requirements for private entities that includes accreditation, update of documents annually
-Come up with recommended conceptual solutions to meet client’s requirements
-Provide guidance to Technical Support for the formulation of technical solutions to client’s requirements
-Prepare materials and present same to clients
-Generate proposal and set meeting with client
-Define and agree on contract terms and pricing with the client and ensures closure of the deal
-Provide inputs to the Sales Leader for the negotiation of contract terms and pricing with the principal and other 3rd party providers for equipment and or service requirement/s
-Continuously update self on products, services, competition, industry and IT trends
-Assist Accounting in the collection of overdue accounts
-Submit representation reports
