    • Active Directory
    • Open source 
    • Firewall/Web blocking
    • Email chat and remote support to clients
    • Windows Server Administration
    • Basic knowledge in Windows Azure and Team Foundation Server

  • Implement and Maintain Other Infomax Servers
    • Ensure Servers Meet Infomax Performance Requirements
    • Ensure Servers Meet Infomax Availability Requirements
  • Implement and Maintain Telephone Systems(3CX)
    • Ensure cleanliness, security and safety of the Telephone Systems
    • Ensure telephone systems are available to Office personnel
    • Provide functionality as needed
    • Ensure employees know how to use the system
    • Plan and implement PABX other features as needed
  • Maintain and Administer internal applications (M-files, InfoAsset, Todoyu and Infocapture)
    • Maintain availability of internal applications
    • Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
    • Configure / add new services as necessary.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management
