Marketing Specialist and Sales Support - Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

  • Branding and Marketing
    • Handles implementation of marketing activities approved and/or directed by Management. Monitors marketing activities, gather pertinent statistics to measures effectivity. Regularly update management on status and results of marketing activity.
    • Responsible for the update and maintenance of the company's website to ensure it has current and relevant content, to attract new customers and increase present customers' awareness of Infomax product and service offerings.
    • Writes and /or locates contents for our website and monitors visits to our website and in-bound queries.
    • Keeps abreast of local news which will impact on our major customers and targetted industries and apprise the GM and Sales Team on this.
  • Sales Support and Pipeline Review Coordination
    • Organizes holding of the Monthly Pipeline Review; coodinates availabiltiy of monthly pipeline reports of Sales Team members for presentation. Keeps records of Pipeline Reportn notes and To Dos for each MPR attendee.
    • Prepares and maintains the following reports:
      • MOM statistics - no. of client calls, no. of MOM and no. of days submitted;
      • To Do list for people assigned/concerned as discussed in MPR
    • Do analysis and make recommendations based on data anlyzed to improve process or provide input to performance evaluation of concerned employees.
    • Keeps track of leads given to Sales, their status and contact details.
    • Design and implement Marketing Campaigns by formulating marketing letters, maintaining a validated Suspect list, uses Social Media to reach out to Prospects and monitor s the effectivity of the campaign
    • Makes presentation on new trends in digital marketing and sales strategies based on his attended Webinars, researches, etc.
    • Rolls our periodic survey to customers on our SAS team, others personnel as maybe directed, to determine service quality and effectiveness.
  • Partner Relations
    • Communicate with the principals on product updates, pricing and needed support, meetings, and principal-sponsored events.
    • Communicate with the IT partners of the company for product updates, pricing, and support accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Events Management
    • Initiates and manages staging of events as directed by the GM, sales team and/or principals in support of the companies sales strategies and targets. Obtains invitation list from the Sales Team and GM; handles communication of invites and follow-ups to ensure optimal accceptance and attendance.
    • Prepares and oversees the annual budget for Infomax Events, brochures, and other marketing tools/materials. Ensure that expenses are within each event's budget to manage costs.
    • Takes charge of logistics and other arrangements for company events such as Planning session, Solutions update, others, and as needed/assigned invites clients and speakers.
  • Accreditation
    • Maintains records of and monitors expiry periods of accreditation requirements of our regular customers; coordinates with the concerned Account Executive to initiate renewal activies. Collates vendor accreditation requirements in coordination with the Admin team.
    • Deal with clients as necessary to complete documents for vendor accreditation.
  • Others
    Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
    • At least 2 to 3 years working experience specializing in Sales and Marketing.

    • Able to write articles and press releases

Sales Interns (University students) - Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

  • Education Level: Collegiate (Must be taking official OJT units during current term)
  • Field of Studies: Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communications
  • Required hours: Able to work at least three whole working days a week
  • Minimum number of hours: 200 hours
  • Preferred skills: High proficiency in oral and written English, collegiate understanding of business management, good administrative and clerical skills, basic knowledge on M-Office and G-Suite, confident in telecommunication.
I. Prospecting and Profiling
  • Provide research output on potential prospects that can avail of Infomax’ solutions and servicesProfiling of prospects by creating company profiles
  • Assisting in email marketing campaigns by doing templates and consolidating contact
II. Telemarketing
  • Providing inbound and outbound calls for Infomax products and services, and scanner inquiries.
  • Conducting follow-up calls for prospects and qualified leads which have reverted back to initial calls and emails
III. Administrative
  • Helping the Sales team by readying Microsoft Office template reports and inputting basic data to be checked by the Sales team
