June 27, 2019 – Infomax held its 10th Solutions Update themed “Enterprise Mobility: Reach customers whenever, wherever” in Dusit Thani Manila, Philippines. The solutions update introduced Infomax’ partnership with fintech company Sumeru ENTiger – specializing in applications for customer acquisition and payment collection.

ENTiger Co-Founder and Global Sales-Marketing Head Aksh Sinha was the main guest speaker for the event. The co-founder for the Indian fintech enterprise introduced ENCollect (payment collection) and ENSource (customer acquisition) to leads and clients from major enterprise banks such as Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), China Bank (CBC), United Coconut Planters Bank General Savings (UCPB Gen), and Philippine National Bank (PNB). Other companies such as Philippine Life Financial Assurance Corporation (Phillife), Prime Global Corporation, Liquigaz, and NEC were also present.

ENCollect, a mobile application for loan and payment collections, is targeted to automate and streamline payment collections from companies of different industries. The system can be operated on-premise, but it can also be deployed on the cloud – helping collection agencies and corporations manage, track, and notify their clients’ payment schemes and deadlines.

ENSource, on the other hand, is ENTiger’s sales on-boarding and customer Know-Your-Customer (KYC) application targeted to help insurances, banks, and non-banks to collect important information and documents from their customers through mobile digitization. The application allows companies to acquire clients digitally from start-to-finish, reducing week-long meetings and discussions into mere minutes thanks to its secure and reliable digital KYC functions.

Besides ENTiger, Infomax also held discussions for its other applications, particularly document archival system Mobius by ASG and M-Files Online. Infomax President and General Manager Joseph Goyanko Jr. talked about Mobius’ new 9.1 view to its existing users from the banking sector.

Meanwhile, M-Files Lead Technical Advisor Tommi Rintamaa was present in the event and gave a discussion on M-Files’ new and free feature: the Intelligent Metadata Layer (IML). The IML is an artificial intelligence-backed feature that allows M-Files to intelligently determine information and documents for what it is instead of where it is. The IML presentation was supplemented Infomax Solutions Architect Joel Aldor's presentation on its solutions template. Joel's presentation offered a run-down on all of the solution templates by M-Files. These templates include use cases for Human Resources, Real-Estate, Contract Management, Training Management, etc.

The event spanned four hours together with the raffle program, Question-and-Answer games, and networking breaks. Marked by new business opportunities, Infomax together with its partners and clients were able to deliver a satisfying and fruitful event.
