Infomax Systems Solutions and Services, Inc. held its 3-day business planning last January 28 to 30 at Abagatan ti Manila Alfonso Cavite. The purpose of this annual planning is to align all departments, reviewing of performance, strengthen collaboration, and set clear strategies and goals for 2026; ensuring that we continue to deliver impactful solutions and services to our clients.
The planning officially started with a workshop titled ‘Who Are You?’. This session helped everyone understand their work personalities’ whether they are an analyzer, collaborator, driver, or innovator and how to work harmoniously with people who have different styles.

After the workshop, the Sales, Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, and Systems and Applications Support (SAS) teams each created and presented their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) for 2025.
Day 2 continued with the Marketing Team presenting their 2025 SWOT; a summary of all website and call inquiries, and a quick review of the year’s email campaigns. The Business Analyst Team then presented use case solutions, showcasing how OutSystems accelerators address real-world business challenges across different industries and the specific operational problems companies face and how these accelerators streamline workflows, eliminate manual tasks, reduce turnaround time, and improve customer and employee experience. This was followed by a review of service offerings and the Infomax matrix to identify which industries best align with our current solutions.
The Sales team presented the proposed solutions for the existing accounts along with their prospecting plans for both new and current clients. This is important to ensure that we, not only retain and grow our existing relationships, but also strategically expand our customer base.

The whole team wrapped up the business planning with a quick bond and a moment of connection with nature; allowing us to pause, breathe, and appreciate the peaceful surroundings.
