Last May 14–15, 2026, the team of Infomax Systems Solutions and Services, Inc. gathered for a memorable summer outing at Villa Escudero Plantations and Resort, where employees enjoyed moments of laughter, cultural appreciation, and genuine connection.
With 20 participants joining the trip, the event became more than just a company activity. It was a celebration of camaraderie, appreciation, and strong relationships built through shared experiences.
The journey began early in the morning as employees assembled at the Makati office before heading to the resort. Excitement and energy were already evident during the trip as everyone shared breakfast together and looked forward to the activities ahead.
Upon arrival at Villa Escudero, the team was warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks that immediately set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
One of the highlights of the outing was the team-building activity held shortly after arrival. Employees participated enthusiastically, encouraging one another and working together through each challenge.
Since the program concluded earlier than expected, the group maximized the remaining time by organizing mini parlor games. This spontaneous activity became one of the most enjoyable parts of the day and showcased the team’s flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm.

From the traditional-inspired architecture and scenic surroundings to the engaging cultural performances and warm hospitality of the staff, the experience offered a uniquely Filipino atmosphere. Employees also enjoyed resort activities such as bamboo rafting, swimming, jacuzzi access, and carabao cart rides, which contributed to the relaxing and immersive experience.
One of the most memorable moments was the buffet lunch served beside the famous Labasin Waterfalls. Sharing a meal together while surrounded by nature created a truly unforgettable experience for the team.
As evening came, the bonding continued through a simple yet meaningful activity: playing Jenga while getting to know one another better. The activity encouraged conversations, storytelling, and moments of sincerity among colleagues.
